Clients engaging our recruitment services agree to provide accurate role descriptions, timelines, and compensation details. Critical Post acts as an intermediary and is not a party to the employment or engagement agreement between talent and client.
5. Confidentiality
We understand the sensitive nature of pre-release film and media content. All client project details, talent personal information, and placement arrangements are treated as strictly confidential.
6. Music Licensing
Music licensed through Critical Post is subject to the specific licence terms agreed upon at the time of purchase or engagement. All music rights, usage restrictions, and territory limitations are detailed in the applicable licence agreement. Critical Post warrants that it has the right to licence the music provided through its platform.
7. Limitation of Liability
Critical Post shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific services giving rise to the claim. Critical Post does not guarantee placement outcomes or the suitability of any talent for a particular role.
